Fast food around the Bocal! Fresh and vacuum-packed local products for 10 to 15 days storage in the fridge, with a jar storage system! Circular economy, zero waste and recycling are the key words. Recipes entirely homemade, sometimes with local partners. With different menus each week, our recipes can be traditional French (often revisited!) or fusion cuisine. Our jars are to be enjoyed both on site (2 indoor rooms + 1 shaded terrace) and in Drive mode or even free delivery (20 kms around Carbonne, with minimum order at 20€). We also respond to the organization of your various group events for individuals, companies and associations.
