Overseen by an Executive Chef ��� Rajeev Kumar ��� who prides himself on his uniquely innovative and creative approach to cookery, developed during his time spent in five star hotel kitchens in India and in the famous Cinnamon Club of central London. The menu is concise and easy to navigate, having more in common with European a la carte menus, and features interesting and different dishes with their roots very firmly in the regional cuisine of India.
