Our kitchen is equipped with a Spanish style wood and charcoal burning Bertha Oven giving all our food that rustic tasty vibe and our wine list is thoughtfully selected to support our chefs outstanding culinary achievements. We have a passion for new wineries and vineyards who like ourselves enjoy pushing the boundaries to reach the optimum experience. Our wine menu is complimented by a great range of craft draft beers with regular guest appearances. All our food is sourced locally with only the finest produce from local farms, fishermen and suppliers ensuring premium meat, fish and vegetables allowing for our basque influenced menu. We are renowned for our sun-trapped garden again with a Mediterranean feel with the accolade of being voted Brighton’s best garden for the last two years.
