The Heba Women's Project is a unique training enterprise that provides women from diverse cultural backgrounds with a safe and welcoming environment to forge friendships, acquire new skills, and engage in enterprise activities tailored to their needs and family commitments. Offering courses in sewing and garment production that lead to nationally recognised qualifications, Heba aims to empower women through education and vocational training.

Additionally, the Heba Enterprise programme supports women by providing production work in collaboration with new designers, as well as a limited number of subsidised workspaces for those looking to experiment with new ideas and start their own businesses. This initiative highlights Heba's commitment to social inclusion and diversity, having received recognition in the 2010 Tower Hamlets Third Sector Awards.
