The Juno Project is a registered charity that empowers young women and girls, particularly those facing challenging circumstances, to unlock their potential. Through specially designed programmes delivered in secondary schools, they foster self-awareness, enthusiasm, and a sense of purpose, significantly enhancing the participants' confidence and aspirations.

In the 2023-2024 academic year, the Juno Project positively impacted 198 young women across 14 schools in West Sussex, with a notable percentage reporting improvements in self-esteem, understanding of healthy relationships, and a desire to engage further with the programme. Their work is supported by a network of schools, parents, and funders committed to making a difference in the lives of young women.
