Our executive chef To has learnt and studied traditional vietnamese flavours and techniques and has taken it and recreated along with his team. The original dishes using contemporary and modernised methods and ingredients. So our final product is old traditional classic of Vietnamese cooking but with a subtle contemporary and modern twist. Our passion is to share with you the flavours that we grew up with and surrounded by in hope to bring back memories if vietnam or to give you the feel of vietnam even if you have never been.
