Willow Tree Distillery

We are Willow Tree Distillery, Bedfordshire’s first and only distillery and home of the award-winning Willow Tree Gin. Founded in 2016, Willow Tree gin was distilled on owner Mary’s family farm in Leighton Buzzard. We moved location in 2020 to the little hamlet of Thorncote Green, where we opened our distillery to the public. At the distillery, we have our shop where you can buy the full Willow Tree range and run our gin making courses and distillery tours. We're also available to hire for private functions and events, such as talks and tasting and gin infusions. Willow Tree Gin is a premium spirit made from the highest quality ingredients and distilled in small batches in a true craft fashion, it is smooth, sweet, fresh and citrusy with a unique smokey character and richness, using 12 different herbs and botanicals.
