Doctors

The Doctors is a historic spot in Edinburgh’s Old Town that’s been going since 1874. With links to Edinburgh University and the old Royal Infirmary, we're steeped in history. Our pub was originally built to mark the opening of the hospital and today still contains many relics from this time – adding to our Gothic atmosphere. The bar is stocked with cask ales and premium spirits, and our menu boasts pub classics like hand-battered fish and chips, burgers, and perfect pies. Sports fans can catch the match on Sky Sports and TNT Sports and free WiFi is available too. Furry friends are welcome in our dog-friendly pub, and everyone loves the beer garden in the summer.
