Ebbsfleet House is located in Ramsgate, Kent. It offers residential support for five males and females, who or are autistic or have a learning disability.

Rose Farm House provides assessment and specialist support for adults with autism, profound, severe and moderate learning disabilities and who sometimes present with behaviours that challenge. Some of the individuals we support also have communication difficulties and other conditions such as epilepsy. The service offers 24/7 specialist residential support and is committed to empowering and encouraging the individuals who live there. Staff will provide the support needed to enable them to reach their goals and to develop their self-esteem and the skills they need to live as independently as possible.

Invicta Lodge is ideally located close to Westwood Cross main shopping centre which offers a variety of entertainment, as well as a vast assortment of high street stores from fashion to lifestyle. There are plenty of eateries and coffee shops to choose from when you want a well-earned rest from shopping. Invicta Lodge is perfectly located for The Thanet Loop bus service which calls at Westwood Cross providing excellent connections between Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate.
