Ellyz cafe is a real eternal paradise in the middle of Athens. We create specialty coffee and food with passion that is elegant and modern. We are passionate about coffee and we focus on quality ingredients and artisanal techniques. We provide a high-end dining experience with excellent quality food. Founded in September 2019 Ellyz opened its doors and served the first pink coffee in the heart of Athens. Fast forward several months and we have become the most Instagrammable place in the city with our amazing signature bougainvillea, pink coffee, and delicious plates. Ellyz never stops evolving, just like the needs and wants of the global community!
