Metapolis

METApolis is a non-profit company/organization, a space that hosts a broad spectrum of activities that have the art of photography as their main point of departure. The new space of METApolis is located on one of the busiest pedestrian streets in Athens, at the core of the city’s historical and commercial center. METApolis, which over the years has become a new home for the Arts, is at the core of an area that is rediscovering itself and has become a new point of convergence and culture for artists and art lovers. The aim of METApolis is to provide a space for artists seeking new spaces to present their work. It is also a space where the public can meet artists and become acquainted with their work and the city’s creative potential. The founders of METApolis are Giannis Giannakopoulos, Kostas Kourtidis and Theodoris Veronikis.
