Our eatery and deli are inspired by simple but scrumptious meals that we encounter in our loving homes. Everything from the food to the space is focused on personalized touches from start to finish. We are blessed to be located on a very fertile island with abundant gifts from its soil. We rarely keep stock of the same ingredients for a long time to keep their freshness so feel free to ask our chef about modifications in each dish every day. Our Australian founder and chef brings a hands-on approach to the kitchen and employs slow-cooking techniques for most things on the menu to coax maximum flavor with simple healthy ingredients. We love to experiment with new ingredients and pretty much anything available on the market as long as they're fresh, so be a little adventurous and ask us what can we make for you - after all, we want you to feel at home.
