Dapur Raja is the best way to experience several traditional Balinese delicacies in one seating, you start with a moringa and coconut soup, then followed by a couple of satays and a rijsttafel plate featuring 8 local dishes including babi guling, ikan pepes and bebek betutu for the main course and finishes with dessert.
