Fresh sets a new bar for raw and vegan dining in Bali. Located on the first floor terrace at Taksu Spa in Ubud, Fresh raw and vegan restaurant overlooks a tropical jungle garden, where most of our ingredients are grown in aquaponic, organic environments. Our menu presents edible art, spectacular and delicious twists on raw and vegan food, with macrobiotic options, salads, soups and scrumptious chocolate and cheesecake desserts.
