ASILO (A-sea-lo) meaning haven in Spanish is an open to sky sanctuary perched on the 40th floor of the St Regis Hotel Mumbai. As India's highest rooftop venue, ASILO offers a breath taking, panoramic views of Mumbai City from an uber luxe setting. Our design and ambience of white décor, warm wooden flooring & chic outdoor seating with 5 private dining lounges instantly transports one to a Santorini state of mind, making it the perfect place to unwind post work or celebrate that special occasion with a loved one or party the night away under starry skies. There’s always a health mix of celebrities as well, so you may just be partying under the stars with the stars. This heavenly setting is paired with a refreshing dining experience. Our menu is filled with exquisite and carefully selected dishes which are subtle yet daring. We are the first restaurant in Mumbai to utilize a Josper, an elegant combination of a grill & oven, which allows for moist & tender cooking. We also adopt the unique Robata style of cooking, which uses lava stones, bringing out the most exquisite flavors in all our grilled dishes. These techniques are coupled with specialty menus which are a regular part of ASILO’s “Getaway Series” - an opportunity to experience a destination, its myriad moods and cuisines without having to get out of Mumbai.
