Ai Prefetti

I found it on the Blue Guide for Rome, page 578. If you go to google maps, you will see it has the name Trattoria on top. I came here three times! They change the menu daily and it's like eating at an italian grandmother's house. It's run by the father and his two sons. Food is a m a z i n g but you have to get there early as, if they have too many people, they won't let you even if there are tables free. Amazing, right? They are not there to make a lot of money but to give you a very nice meal..
