Located on the third floor of a residential block (with elevator!), The spacious and cosy apartment is made of 3 bedrooms, a large living room with sofas for relaxing and reading, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and, last but absolutely not least, a wide and luxuriant terrace which is my pride and joy. It is set in Balduina, a central but quiet and safe neighborhood; 20 minutes walking from Vatican City and 10 from Monte Mario Natural Reserve, a huge city park which overlooks Rome, where to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Eternal city. The place is very well connected to the city center by underground, urban train and bus lines 800mt from Metro A- Cipro-Musei Vaticani which connects to all major attractions in Rome 5 minutes walking from urban train F3 station ( which stops in Trastevere, Vatican , Eataly, Gemelli Hospital, San Filippo Neri Hospital and connects to Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci Airport) Multiple bus lines stop in front of the apartment. Plenty of facilities, shops, restaurants, gelaterias, coffee shops, supermarkets and a local food market within very short walking distance.The room is large and sunny and quiet, with a big window. It is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed and a single bed, a large wardrobe, table with chair, mirror, bookshelves, heating, ceiling fan. Tea/coffee facilities are also provided. Our apartment is on the third floor of a block of flats served by elevator which is located in the Balduina quarter, a quiet and safe residential area only 1.5 km away from the Vatican and well served by public transport thanks to the bus 913 which runs H24 and Metro A, with CIPRO stop also not far away. Our B&B has 2 rooms, all with private bathroom and very confortable: they all have adjustable heating and air conditioning: free wifi throughout, TV sets, hairdryers are accessories that every room offer. A confortable lounge is where we offer breakfast to our guests who seem to appreciate it very much for its abundance as well for its quality, especially after tasting Daniela's home made cakes. Just out of the lounge there is a balcony where you can smoke a sigarette as smoking in the rooms is not allowed. Moreover Balduina is a lively area in daytime, with every kind of shops, supermarkets, coffee shops and so on. You will find yourself where Italians live: this is travelling!
