A typical rustic stone farmhouse of the early '800 expertly renovated, immersed in the upper valley of the Tiber, in the small town of Resina, halfway between Perugia and Gubbio. After being renovated, Casale delle Botti, has kept intact the characteristics of the old farm typical of the region, including the brick arches, ceilings with wooden beams and a stone fireplace in the living room. Outside, surrounding the swimming pool, we have a beautiful garden with native flowers an herbs. The interior is divided into two independent apartments equipped with every comfort and three double bedrooms.
