Our restaurant at Panorama Hotel Fontanella is in a big room on the ground floor and overlooks the wonderful Dolomites. Thanks to this typical dining room in the winter and to the panoramic terrace in the summer, you can enjoy our delicious cuisine in an authentic mountain atmosphere. You may also choose a continental breakfast, that includes both salty and sweet food.We pay a lot of attention to the ingredients we use and only choose local products because we believe in our philosophy. You may also choose among our daily menus, à la carte, or vegetarian dishes and other dishes with local and national specialties created by our chef Orazio. Those of you who are intolerant to certain foods may ask for a special menu: we care that our clients are happy.
