Restaurant, roman specialties, homemade pasta and masterclass of carbonara. We love pasta, carbonara, Gricia, cacio e pepe and amatriciana. Brunch on Saturday and Sunday. We are also the first format dedicated to sweet and salt roman crafted Maritozzo. Our format, winner of some contest and awards, also present in Eataly Rome for more than one year, is based on the traditional so loved Roman Maritozzo, usually split in half in its upper part and stuffed with cream, that instead we fill with instead traditional Roman recipes, reinterpreted with modern cooking techniques (like vacuum and low temperature) and based on raw materials of the highest quality. The Roman crafted maritozzo forgets his classic filling and plays with savory ingredients and gourmet pairings. Why limit yourself to eating it only sweet?
