Osteria Del Lago

Osteria Del Lago is a restaurant specializing in traditional cuisine with meat and lake specialties. Located in the historic center of Ispra, a small town on Lake Maggiore, it offers rigorously homemade dishes with selected ingredients mostly sourced from local producers. Lake fish, cold cuts and cheeses from Varese, Piedmontese fassona meat from Alba, are the basis of a genuine menu that varies seasonally. The Osteria was opened in 2021 by Mario Merlo, the owner and chef with a background in construction; born from the passion for good food and conviviality: the real hallmark of this restaurant. Upon reservation you can taste fondue bourguignonne and cheese fondue.
