The undisputed protagonists of our specialties are ARROSTICINI. A symbolic dish of Abruzzo cuisine, a simple and direct expression of the genuineness of our land. For pizza lovers this is the right place, for us pizza is a serious matter. Thanks to our secret recipe we produce a dough with highly digestible mother yeast, using only stone-ground flours, not very refined, without additives and produced by ancient mills.
