The Agritourism Scaluccia, only 8 kilometers from the Florence city centre, is set in a typical 19th farmhouse, very recently renovated, on the rolling hills that lead from Florence to Chianti, passing through Impruneta. The farmhouse, built on the ridge of the hill of Mezzomonte, at 300 meters circa of height, is surrounded on all sides by olive groves and vineyards, as in the best Tuscan rural tradition.All the bedrooms, as well as the kitchen and the dining room, are on the first floor of the house and boast 15 windows offering panoramic views.On the ground floor, with a separate entrance, lives the Viti family that deals directly and personally with the reception of guests.From the panoramic windows, the view embraces a landscape that stretches west to the top of Apuane Alps and east towards the impressive mountain of Vallombrosa. While closer at hand the gently rolling hills hold your gaze, dotted with Medieval churches, beautiful farmhouses and ancient castles, among centenary oaks and cypresses.
