Earle W. Spencer & Company Limited was incorporated in Kingston, Jamaica, in 2012. Earle Spencer serves as its principal, Commissioned Land Surveyor. The firm previously operated as Earle Spencer, Commissioned Land Surveyor, since 1982. Mr Spencer has over 30 years of experience, which has afforded us an extensive knowledge base and expertise in surveying, mapping, and land management services. Our services include cadastral (boundary) surveying, boundary reestablishment, topographical surveys, design and setting out of subdivisions, and strata title surveys. In addition, we offer engineering surveys, including setting out roadways and buildings, mapping exercises, utilising GPS technology, preparing Surveyor’s Identification Reports, and advising on matters relating to Restrictive Covenants. Mr Spencer oversees all projects the firm undertakes, including meeting with clients, visiting sites, liaising with other consultants, and advising on the way forward to the final stage. Our firm is affiliated with public and private sector organisations, developers, commercial banks, and residential owners. We enjoy the confidence of colleague surveyors, and we are frequently consulted. Earle Spencer & Company is a Land Surveyors Association of Jamaica member.
