Training Dynamics & Consultants Limited (TD&C) is a 35-year-old private service firm offering a full spectrum of psychological, and other HR services to organisations and individuals. These include drug addiction, marital, child, group and individual counselling, psychometric testing, and training interventions. The company specialises in the design and implementation of Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs). Other services include: • Staff Development. • Pre-Employment Screening. We work closely with firms that cover the wide cross-section of industries, including banking, finance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, insurance and others. We also collaborate with the public sector on a variety of projects. Research and development is a major part of our work. To this end, TD&C has successfully conducted joint cross-cultural studies with the Faculty of Occupational and Health Psychology of the University of Nottingham, England, examining the psychometric properties of tests used in the Caribbean, and personality differences between Jamaican professionals and their British counterparts.
