ShimYang is Korea's best lamb barbecue restaurant, opened in 2011. We started by taking over a small hat shop in the center of Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam. ShimYang made skewers by stacking five layers of premium raw ribs and shoulder meat for hotel delivery. The flavor and texture of premium lamb and a variety of seasonings provide an excellent, cost-effective dinner. Current cumulative sales of 50 billion!!
