La Maison Bleue traces its roots back to dessert cafe, “Café La Lee,” a pioneer of its era in Korea. Established in 1992, Café La Lee swept the nation with its fresh baked cakes made with imported cheese and whipped cream. This was a huge deviation from the norm for dabang accustomed Koreans unfamiliar with high tea culture. At the time, cafés rarely supplied desserts and were often prepackaged. We strive to provide our customers with ‘la crème de la crème’, using only premium ingredients sourced from all over the world. We bake every dessert fresh with recipes that were developed with confectionery masters. Our relentless pursuit of flavorful yet unprocessed (no artificial additives) sweets is ingrained in the company's core identity. Even after 30 years, our passion and commitment to excellence remains our driving force. La Maison Bleue hopes to honor Café La Lee's tradition of mastery and continue to lead a future of distinction.
