Marrakech Jumping: A mix between cardio, bodybuilding and zumba. This sport that is becoming very important in Morocco, is both effective and fun. The Jumping involves the activation of 400 muscles at the same time, therefore the fat loss and toning potential is very high. It is estimated that in one session it is possible to burn up to 700 calories. The Jumping program is based on a combination of fast and slow jumps, dynamic sprints and power exercises practiced on a trampoline. You will find yourself smiling at your own pace!
