Cafe Lula is a new cafe tucked away in Centro just two blocks from the Parroquia and the Plaza Principal. The menu consists of exotic comfort food with distinct flavors from around the globe and is 100% Gluten Free with Vegan and Veggie options. There is live music every weekend. The coffee and cocktails at Lula are unique and exceptionally crafted; and as for the staff...you really just have to go and meet them!
