Flor de Alfalfa is a company located inside "La Hondonada" ranch. It's a place where you can connect with nature, get to know where food comes from and enjoy a wonderful experience. We are a proudly mexican family business with more than 25 years of experience in dairy. Our products are made with Jersey cow's milk, who live hppily on our pastures. We've always been advocates of sharing what and how we do things, so since 2015 the farm openes it's doors to visitors. Our goal is to deliver a unique, wonderful experience to our visitors, showing them the different parts of the process. You will see where our cows live, how cheese is made and the different parts of our farm.
