We are a rustic italian food restaurant, using classic gastronomic techniques from de south of Italy. Our passion for our food is reflect it on ever single of our dishes, which are cook at the moment. Our house special, the wild pork, previusly macerated for 48hrs and slowly cook on red wine, garlic and shallot for another 8hrs, serve over parmesan polenta and confit onion.
