Bar - How does a guajillo chili and hibiscus flower salt-rimmed margarita sound to you? These are not your average cocktails. Recruited from Mexico City, our professional mixologist and bartending team crafted a menu based around spirits from across the country. We experiment with agave-based spirits such as Mezcal and Pox and we should probably mention that these drinks look as good as they taste.
