Flames Churrascaria provides a new and unique dining experience to the FCT. We provide a wide selection of fine dishes, prepared fresh by our chef’s daily. At Flames, we offer both Traditional Brazilian Rodizio service as well as a mouth-watering a la carte menu. Rodizio service features continuous table-side service of a wide variety of select cuts of beef, pork, poultry, lamb, and seasonal seafood, as well as our famous grilled pineapple! The service also includes our exquisite Appetizer Island featuring a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, including fresh salads and tasty hot dishes and soups. If you are looking for lighter fare, join us in our Bar for a selection of appetizers and sandwiches from our Lounge and Bar Menu.
