Vyr Hilversum

Vyr opened its doors in the spring of 2022 offering fine dining in a casual atmosphere. Dishes are prepared using an open fire concept, unique to the Hilversum area. We are located on the popular ‘Groest’ in the centre of Hilversum in one of its most eye catching and historical buildings . The former Gooi en Eemlander office was designed by the architect J. van Laren and has been totally remodelled to facilitate our restaurant. Our chef has created a wide variety of seasonal surprises comprising of two menus. The chef’s tasting menu consisting of 4, 5 or 6 courses and a vegetarian tasting menu also with 4, 5, or 6 courses. All dishes can also be ordered à la carte.
