W'iis Dokkum

My name is Wiebe de Jong, the proud owner of W'iis Artisanal ice cream and patisserie. In 2019 I followed the training as a recognized ice cream maker in Bologna, Italy. I have successfully completed the training. In the following months I participated in the Dutch Ice Cream Making Championships (Gelato Festival) in Dordrecht and in April in the European Championships in Rome. I am proud to call myself number 84 in the world! Ultimately, this all led to a new branch of my company: W'iis. I enjoy making unique artisan ice cream creations; scoop ice cream, ice cream sticks, ice cream in tubs and ice cream cakes. Where possible, I use local products. I also make bonbons, truffles and other special chocolate products. I make products for companies, but also for private individuals. If interested, don't hesitate to call or email.
