Learn more about relaxation and breathing techniques, enjoy a gentle yoga practice in connection with a massage or get lots of energy out of a power vinyasa class before you completely relax in our floating tanks at Bare Flyt which is located in the same local. We offer a wide range of yoga styles, so that you can find a class that suits your needs - whether you are an experienced yogi or yoga is something you want to try for the first time. Our vision is to give you time to take a break and rediscover the connection between body and mind through movement and breath. We offer, among other things, Gentle Flow, Hip Flow, Mindful Hatha, Yin and Embodied Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Vinyasa Flow. If you want to rent a mat and equipment, we have everything available for you. Come and explore our beautiful studio, get to know our teachers and enjoy a fantastic form of movement.
