Avata Wellness Center is more than just a place! It’s a space that incites feelings of refreshment, relaxation and rejuvenation. It is where your mind, body and soul reconnect! Avata was established with the goal to promote healthy lifestyle and holistic wellness practices in Nepal. It was established in 2020 in the midst of the Covid -19 pandemic, a time that reinforced our decision to create wellness oriented space to preserve the sanctity of our mind and the body. At Avata, you will find a range of activities for your likings - from different types to yoga to ancient healing techniques of sound bath, yog nidra, yoga hikes, yoga workshops and retreats, meditation and chanting, spa and massage therapy, shirodhara, healthy eating, and many others aimed at promoting the overall well-being of individuals.
