A newly imported wood fired oven became the heart of new MOMU. We use alder wood and fruitwood to guarantee authenticity of the meals that we serve. Smoke-roasting is a natural and traditional way of roasting that goes way back to our roots: our mothers' and grandmothers' kitchens: and that's what new MOMU is about.
