Integral Nuclear facilities are focused on both the needs of the patient and the physician. They include state-of-the-art nuclear cameras and ancillary equipment, the latest software such as the Emory Cardiac Toolbox, and vendor contracted maintenance and service programs. Integral facilities are at convenient locations, with separate entrances, and comfortable reception and patient prep areas. Integral Nuclear staff are extensively trained and certified within their fields. Our staffing includes a Medical Director, Radiation Safety Officer, Health Physicist, Certified Nuclear Technologists, ACLS Registered Nurses and Quality Assurance/Quality Control personnel. Your patients are our patients. That commitment is reflected in every part of the patient experience, including the scheduling and confirmation of appointments, and in how our staff prepare and monitor your patients during their tests. Our deepest commitment, however, is to ensuring that every study is performed to the highest quality standards. We engage a full-time, certified professional QA officer. He monitors our cameras to ensure that they comply with their published specifications and that their image quality is excellent. He develops site-specific protocols and is available to respond immediately to any problems that may arise. Our corporate Medical Director is available for consultation and review of quality assurance questions. For many sites we assume all responsibility for third party billing, contracting and collections. As a result, our medical practitioners are free to concentrate on patient care.
