Pleasanton Middle School serves more than 1,100 students in grades six through eight and offers a wide variety of academic and extracurricular activities. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as language arts, mathematics, physical and health education, science, social studies, foreign languages, computers and art. The middle school provides various athletic activities, including basketball, golf, wrestling, volleyball, and track and field. It offers a variety of extracurricular activities and student organizations, including anime, debate, art, book, French, Christian, knitting, Spanish, computer and technology clubs, student council and school magazine. The middle school offers a wide variety of facilities and services, such as laboratories, transportation, lockers, a library, cafeteria and playing fields. Located in Pleasanton, Calif., the middle school is operated by the Pleasanton Unified School District.
