Charles J. Russo Seafood is a family business. Charles J. Russo Sr. opened the company with his wife Antoinette in October of 1946. The current operator is Charles J Russo Jr., second generation of the original owners. We also have a third generation carrying on the family business, Charles J Russo III and Kathleen Russo Coppage.The building that the business is currently occupying, since 1970, is located on the corner of 40th and Abercorn Streets.Since it's opening in 1946 Russo Seafood has prided itself on having the highest quality of seafood. Our seafood is prepared in the cleanest and most sanitary surroundings in the southeast. For our local customers, we have a showcase of freshly prepared shrimp, scallops, crabmeat, and assorted fish, cut to order. We also carry a full line of frozen seafood.
