The name Eclart is derived from the juxtaposition of two words from the French "eclair" - an elongated cake, filled with cream and covered with sherbet icing, chocolate, etc. and the word "tarts" - a cake made of a thin layer of tender dough, covered with fruit and cream. The desire for innovation turned into the sweet fusion of eclairs and tarts. All our products are handcrafted out of passion and love, in our own laboratory, where the inspiration from the old French tradition with classical methods together with the imagination and desire to create something new, even unique, give birth to our products. We removed the traditional base and added our perfectly base made of almonds, cashews, oatmeal, dates and coconut oil which is our healthy base. Our creams have no added sugar, flour, eggs, artificial flavors, gelatin, etc. they are composed of healthy natural ingredients from the best traditional suppliers. We have three types of creams, the first is composed of Philadelphia cream cheese that is incorporated into Callebaut chocolate or Barry Cocoa to create the best cream cheese where the taste reaches new undiscovered values. Also here we have our innovation the cheese cream mousse, where we managed to give birth to a refined taste. The second cream is the chocolate ganache, whether we are talking about dark chocolate, milk chocolate or white chocolate, where we managed to incorporate the best and natural 100% fruit puree. The caramel is homemade, from the integration of two types of brown sugar, the best natural butter and the best natural cream for cream from Elle & Vîre Professionnel. Nielsen-Massey pure vanilla extract, is vanilla added to our products, and is the best on the market worldwide. The third cream used is the chocolate mousse that we manage to make without gelatin, it is only from the best chocolate and the best natural cream for whipped cream.
