The menu of the Blush wine gastrobar is created by the famous gastrobotanist Andrei Kolodyazhny, who runs the kitchen using wild herbs and seasonal local products. The wine list contains 250 catchy positions by the glass with a minimum margin (from popular labels to niche vintages, selected by sommelier Dmitry Lyubchuk). Blush has got many professional regalia, including Russian Wine Awards and the international Wine Spectator rating.
