Galki is the first chefs' restaurant in Moscow. This is a place where chefs not only cook, gradually creating a unique menu, but also serve guests. They work in tandem with talented mixologists, experimenting and putting emotion into their products. We already have our own mini farm for growing plants and our own cheese. The entire menu is divided into chapters. (There will be 100 in total). The chapter symbolizes a new stage in the development of the restaurant in our history.
