SELFIE is the White Rabbit family restaurant alliance project with modern signature cuisine by Anatoly Kazakov. Open kitchen, designed by renowned Italian designer Andrea Viakava, is the first thing that greets guests. That what Chefs used to hide from everyone, carefully guarding their professional secrets, has become a gastronomic theater here. Selfie Chef Anatoly Kazakov hosts famous Chefs in his open kitchen and introduce local and farm products to guests: black salsify, Jerusalem artichoke, zucchini flowers, broccolini, padron peppers, yellow beetroot, celery root, birch sap, seasonal berries and herbs. Selfie menu has a unique geography - 15 regions of Russia and other countries. Sea delicacies admirers will appreciate Murmansk halibut, Sakhalin scallops and king crab on the menu.
