Canton Paradise (Compass One)

Established in 2012, Canton Paradise sets out to capture the essence of Hong Kong with its offerings of nostalgic Cantonese favourites and dim sum as well as an array of Shunde specialities. CEO Eldwin Chua says, while conceptualising Canton Paradise’s menu, “My team of chefs and I have made many study trips to Guangzhou and Hong Kong to seek inspiration and ideas for the new Canton Paradise. We want to offer authentic Cantonese dishes as well as a truly inimitable setting that is distinct of our Paradise Group’s branding.” The extensive all-day menu offers an affordable selection of Hong Kong classics, like roast meats, traditional dim sum, congee, wanton noodles, nourishing soups and claypot dishes. Diners can also enjoy a taste of the authentic offerings from Shunde, the famed culinary city in Guangdong province, which is reputed to be the birthplace of Cantonese cuisine.
