Pi Food

Pi Food is a Hong Kong-style eatery helmed by Chef Tsang Tak Ching, who was formerly from Lei Garden (Hong Kong). Despite its modern interior, Pi Food offers authentic Hong Kong Flavours using only the finest ingredients and seasonings that are akin to those used in Hong Kong cha chaan tengs. Traditional Chinese cooking methods and techniques are used to keep the original flavours and textures of the dishes intact. House specialities include HK Fresh Shrimp Wanton Noodles, Iberico Pork Char Siew, Crispy Pork Belly, Iberico Pork Chop Rice with Shallot Oil, Sweet and Sour Pork and Steamed Kampong Chicken in Lotus Leaf. A must for tea fans is the HK Style Milk Tea, made with Black & White Evaporated Filled Milk, the preferred brand of Hong Kong cha chaan tengs. For dinner, expect a range of stir-fry dishes (小炒) that are full of wok hei, along with a selection of alcohol to unwind at the end of the day.
