Opening its doors in 1999 PS.Cafe at Paragon began life as a cosy hideaway within the Projectshop fashion and lifestyle store. An unseen concept during its time, the blending of fashion, design and food, was the beginnings of PS.Cafe as we know it today. The store still retains some of the original fittings and design elements from its early days, creating an ambient setting to enjoy classic PS.Cafe dishes. This unique venue pays homage to the brand’s history, which has been infused with modern and vintage design elements. PS.Cafe at Paragon is the perfect location for daytime refreshments or a casual chic evening meal.
