The four-star restaurant has up to three 220 pounds of weekly shipments consisting of seasonal fish and shellfish flown in from Italy to create authentic coastal cuisine. This includes red shrimp from Naples, soft-shell moleche and even sea urchin shipped from Sicily.

Nora’s Italian Cuisine

Allegro

Allegro is a casual dining restaurant that attracts more than 250,000 guests each year. The restaurant has three signature wood stone pizzas to give you an authentic Italian experience. You can choose margherita, bianca pizza, or bosco pizza which also comes available with a vegan version.

The restaurant’s chef Enzo Febbaro began his craft while growing up with his grandmother in Naples. You can get a taste of some Italian classics like lasagna Napoletana, pappardelle with wild boar ragu and creamy signature burrata, but you certainly can’t go wrong with oven-baked pizza.

Buddy V’s Ristorante

Buddy Valastro is well known for being the “Cake Boss”, but his family heritage has also made him a pro in Italian cooking. He opened three restaurants across the U.S., including one location in Las Vegas. You can enjoy home cooked Italian recipes that have been passed on through his mother, grandmother and aunts. Some of these include linguine shrimp scampi, lasagna al forno, steak pizzaiola and lots more.

It wouldn’t be a true Cake Boss dining experience without tasting some of his famous desserts.
