Floating (from the English verb to float "to float") is one of the most relaxing treatments in the world, during which a person is placed in an isolated capsule with a solution of Epsom salts high concentration. Water temperature as close to human body temperature, that together with the regime of silence and darkness allows you to fully disable external stimuli and immerse themselves in a condition that is perceived as weightlessness. Float works on several levels-physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. The procedure starts all the processes of an organism, resumes physical strength, reduces emotional and mental tension, stimulates the production of endorphins, fosters deep meditation, development of creative abilities, improved results from sports training.
